Collect the parts: Gather all the parts of the Turbo Blue Torch Lighter that you have disassembled.Here are the steps to reassemble a Turbo Blue Torch Lighter: Which happens as you release pressure from the thumb igniter and it extends it needs to rotate in, which is what the fix is meant to help basically you're just moving some of the materials so it blocks the run past the horizontal in hopes that the linear movment as well as some help from inertia as the trigger rebounds from tge release. So the problem that you're having, that I most commonly have with torches, is the ram-rod not reseting. The rod is already sitting in that horizontal run so as you press that igniter a spring inside is stretching and then eventually that tenson pulls the rod slips out and the striker hits. So the way that the igniter works is when you go to press the igniter down. I try and make it to where the material that I've pressed in ask something as a directional guide/ramp for that rod when it rebounds after the igniter has been pressed down from your thumb. With this issue I found that I either remove the assembly or cut into the back of some less expensive torches and I end up slightly heating/melting the wall (that is across from the horizontal run)and pressing some of the face in a little twards the center. Okay so I'm the type of guy that ends up trying to diagnose and fix issues and stuff especially expensive stuff.
